Our history

We started in 1996 and we are still developing dynamically. Check out our history so far.

Dynamic development of MODIVO

1996we opened the first brick-and-mortar shop.

2006we started online sales on the eobuwie.pl platform.

2013we commenced international expansion, starting with the Czech Republic, and next: Slovakia (2014), Germany and Romania (2015), Hungary, Ukraine, Bulgaria (2016) Sweden, Georgia, Lithuania (2017), France, Spain, Italy (2018) and Switzerland (2019).

2014we started sales of our first own brand, ‘Creole’ (at present, the list of our own brands contains over ten names).

2016we launched the first logistic centre owned by us, while the CCC Group invested in our Company.

2018we opened the first innovative brick-and-mortar shop of eobuwie.pl, with the use of multi-media screens. Moreover, we implemented the esize.me system.

2019we launched a new MODIVO sales platform with expansion to other countries.

2021a lot was going on in this year: Damian Zapłata became the new President of eobuwie.pl we acquire new investorswe launch our first foreign logistic centre in Bucharestwe open the first brick-and-mortar shop with the offer of eobuwie.pl and MODIVO in Prague, the Czech Republic

2022we change the company name into MODIVO S.A., which combines the offer of eobuwie.pl and MODIVO.
