Yes, you are. The screening call will be performed by the recruiter – who is also going to be your champion throughout the entire recruitment process. Your potential manager will certainly participate in one of the meeting stages. Your recruiter will inform you of the exact stage.

The recruitment process at MODIVO consists of several stages. They may differ depending on the position you apply to. It usually looks like this:

• Our recruiter conducts a screening call with you.
• We invite you to the first job interview. This takes place solely with the recruiter. If your potential manager is present at it as well, we’ll inform you in advance.
• You undergo a recruitment task/test or we conduct an interview verifying your substantial preparation.
• After the completed recruitment process, you receive feedback from us, regardless of its result.
• If we’re sure that it’s you we want to cooperate with, we present a job proposal to you.
• If you accept, you join the MODIVO team!

We always ask about your financial expectations in the course of recruitment. We inform the selected candidate of their compensation upon the making of a cooperation proposal. We also have positions in which the compensation range is public and is shown in the job advertisements.

The duration time of recruitment may differ depending on the position. It's affected by numerous factors, among others: number of applications, position specificity, and necessary competencies to be verified in order to be able to choose the right candidate for the role before their employment. At the same time, we make all efforts for the entire process to run as quickly as possible since we respect your time!

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process and not more than 12 months from completion of this – unless you’ve consented to data processing within other recruitments for similar positions when submitting your application.
