MODIVO Instore is a completely new and unprecedented shopping experience. Like in the case of eobuwie.pl, the customer uses a tablet in the sales room to order clothes and accessories delivered directly to the fitting room, especially for them.
After ordering the products on the tablet, the customer receives a special bar code – when they show it to our concierges, our customer is then directed to their dedicated fitting room, where with the aid of our staff, they find their order and they get to see how their new look comes together.
Our fitting rooms are decorated innovatively, you’ll find there large mirrors and a lighting change function – thanks to it, the customer may carefully look at and assess the chosen products under different light conditions.
We’re continuously developing the apps used by the customer at the shop. We want our software to be innovative and to encourage shopping in a novel form. In the nearest future, we plan to redesign our home site, as well as enhance the shopping ease of utilizing our listing, product sheets, and carts. We’ll be opening shops in more countries and provide Instore local language versions.
We will be implementing the Queue Management System at our physical stores. This is a queueing system, thanks to which our customers will be able to pick up their orders rapidly and easily. In addition, it will enable our products to be assigned to a designated fitting room by themselves.
Work on the In-store MODIVO project means continuous challenges and a search for optimum solutions. We will be jointly creating a unique concept of a modern brick-and-mortar shop – the outcome of the synergistic work of project managers, product owners, UX specialists, and developers.
And what’s the result of all of this? Already we have received many awards and distinctions in the retail industry – we have shown that a non-standard approach in our brick-and-mortar shops is the key to a top-level positive shopping experience.
