In the administration team, we care about the good organisation and functioning of our offices.

We ensure that our work is performed in a safe and efficient manner, as well as that the office space is properly equipped – both with printing paper and coffee. This is the command centre for courier deliveries, as well as for all correspondence and cooperation between the individual locations.

We are a function that is responsible for the development of our platforms in several international markets. At present, our team is dispersed over Poland, the Czech Republic, and Italy, while the reach of its actions covers over ten markets – mainly in Central and Eastern Europe.

Our goals are to make our brands and products to be at the reach of millions of Europeans!

We represent the human area and we support and accompany our Employees practically on each stage of their adventure with MODIVO – from the moment of recruitment and acquisition of the best Candidate (isn’t it you?), through engagement and HR service, through our on-board processing, as well as training and development & motivation programmes.

The area of our responsibility also includes proffering interesting incentive offers and enabling communication flow. Briefly speaking, all of these actions create a friendly and engaging workplace, in which our teams feel good, achieve success, and are appreciated.

We are a group of experts in the field of numbers, analyses, and financial summaries. On a day-to-day basis, we create reports demonstrating the outcomes of the work of all teams in numbers and KPIs, as well as forecasts and budget plans.

This is also the place where we conduct processes connected with the handling of invoices, bills, and other documents, including also stocktaking. Moreover, our structures include controlling and tax teams that care about the security and appropriateness of all operations and procedures.

We are a team that is responsible for creating and developing a platform that lets our customers do all types of online shopping and brand products in one place.

In this area, we focus on the building of an attractive offer and the acquisition of merchants. Thus, what’s important here is good familiarity with the market and trends, as well as the ability to build positive relations.

This area includes image experts responsible for external communication strategy. Our mission is to build positive relations between the organisation and its environment – not only between the Customers of the company, and the company but also between the company and its Employees and the local community.
